Building Healthy Families:
Building Healthy Families: Parents, grandparents and pew buddies! Martin Luther reportedly once said something to the effect of “When you wash your face, remember your baptism!” With warmer temperatures and (sometimes) more relaxed schedules, this time of year brings with it an increase in swimming, running through sprinklers and otherwise splashing about in various water sources. As you and your family are refreshed by such water play, take the opportunity to remind one another that you’re baptized and beloved children of God, washed in the waters of Holy Baptism, and “heirs having the hope of eternal life” (Titus 3:5-7).
